A lifelong entrepreneur, Stephen started The Digital Docs in 2005 to solve computer problems and bring sanity and peace of mind to thousands of frustrated users who are tired of searching help forums or sitting through yet another endless Microsoft update.

When Stephen is not solving computer problems, you will find him pursuing his other passion: playing music and helping musicians with their tech.

Trevor joined The Digital Docs after six years in the U.S. Army, where he served in Psychological Operations and left the service as a Staff Sergeant. His assignments took him across Europe with small teams working far from support, where equipment had to keep running and problems got solved with what was on hand. He brings that standard to the bench: find the real problem, fix it right, and explain it in plain language.

Trevor holds CompTIA Security+, Network+, and Linux+, along with ISC2 CC and Splunk certifications, and is earning his MBA at the UMass Amherst Isenberg School of Management. At the shop he handles repairs, networks, gaming consoles, and 3D printing. Off the clock you will find him soldering electronics, building out his home lab, or watching hockey.
