The Digital Docs are available to make an on-site visits at your home or business during regular hours (house call rates apply) If we find that the problem is going to take considerable time to fix, you can save money by letting us take your machine back to the Digital Hospital, where we will perform the appropriate surgery or administer the right medication to cure its ills. OR, you can choose to make an appointment and bring your computer directly to the digital hospital (office visit rates apply).

  • Routine maintenance (cleaning, parts replacement, memory upgrades)

Monday-Friday (business hours): 8:30am-4:30pm $95 per hour office visit* • $128 per hour house call*
Monday-Friday (after hours): $125 per hour office visit • $150 per hour house call*
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: $150 per hour office visit*  • $150 per hour house call*
Outside of Marblehead, Swampscott & Salem: travel rates may apply.
